The first phase of this program is to construct five homes through out the community. Each home has three bedrooms, two baths, and a two cars garage totaling over 2000 sq. ft.  The floor plan includes a living room, dining room, breakfast nook and a fully furnished kitchen with custom-built cabinets. The master bedroom suite is very spacious with and equally impressive bath that includes his and her sinks, a shower, oversized tub, and a large walk-in closet. There are two additional bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room that is accessible from both the inside of the house and the garage.
