Affordable Housing Program

The Affordable Housing Program was developed to provide single families with affordable housing while aesthetically restoring the French town community. The first phase of this program is to construct five homes through out the community. Each home has three bedrooms, two baths, and a two cars garage totaling over 2000 sq. ft.  The floor plan includes a living room, dining room, breakfast nook and a fully furnished kitchen with custom-built cabinets. The master bedroom suite is very spacious with and equally impressive bath that includes his and her sinks, a shower, oversized tub, and a large walk-in closet. There are two additional bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a laundry room that is accessible from both the inside of the house and the garage. Each home requires a construction loan in the range of approximately $123,000 to $175,000.
